A famous & beautiful Lord Hanuman Temple located in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. Devotee of Lord Hanuman had dream of building a temple for the Lord during his life time and took it on himself to achieve this. He had got a granite stone statue for the Lord made from his own savings.

Lord Hanuman is in standing position in this temple. Height of the statue is around 12 Feet. This temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman

Vaikuntha Ekadashi is the one of the important festival in Tirumla Tirupathi Temple and Sri Rangathaswamy Temple in Srirangam, also in all the Sri Ventaketeswara Temples. Paramapada vasal or Sorga Vasal opening will start in early morning around 4:30 AM.

In Srirangam Temple this festival celebrated for full 21 days during Margazhi Month (December 2018 to January 2019). Pagal pathu and ra pathu festival will be held for 21 days.

Vaikuntha Ekadashi is also known as Mukkoti Ekadashi and in Kerala it is known as Swargavathil Ekadasi

Tiruchendur Skanda Sasti Festival 2018 starts from 8th November 2018 and Soorasamharam on 13th Nov 2018

Around 5 to 6 Lakhs devotees will participate in this festival.

During this festival season, devotees fast for all six days. On the 6th day Soorasamharam is demonstrated. On the 7th day Thirukkalyanam to Deivanai is celebrated in a grand manner.

On the 6th Day that is 13th November 2018 is the Soorasamharam.
