In order to provide a smooth darshan of both the presiding deity as well the vahana sevas of Lord, the mandarins of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams make elaborate arrangements which commence two months prior. Year after year, along with the increase in pilgrim rush, the improvisation in the arrangements by TTD aims at providing hassle-free darshan environment to every common devotee taking part in this mega religious fest.

The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy are considered to be one of the most important Hindu religious events that are being observed with aplomb and celestial grandeur every year in the Hill Town of Tirumala.

This nine-day fete is witnessed by tens of thousands of devotees thronging from across various parts of the country and even overseas to catch-up a glimpse of the Universal Supremo Sri Venkateswara Swamy on 16 different Vahanams during this annual festival.

The pilgrims are informed that Arjitha Sevas like Visesha Pooja, Astadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva, Sahasra Kalasabhishekam, Tirupavada, Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Vasanthotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankarana seva etc., will not be performed to Srivaru from 30.09.2019 to 08.10.2019

TTD Brahmotsavams 2019

The TTD will be organizing the holy ritual of Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam at Srivari temple in Tirumala on September 24 ahead of the annual Brahmotsavams beginning on September 30.

This is a cleansing ritual, which is usually done four times in a year, including the Telugu New Year Ugadi, Anivara Asthanam, annual Brahmotsavams and Vaikunta Ekadasi.

The event will take place from 6.00 am to 11 am after morning rituals. The entire temple premises besides the puja materials, the walls, roof and gopuram will be cleaned with a special mixture called “Parimalam” and darshan will commence from 12 noons onwards.

TTD has cancelled the arjita sevas including Astadala Padapadmaradhana seva on Tuesday.

Tirumala Brahmotsavams 2019 – TTD making wide range of arrangements

The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy are considered to be one of the most important Hindu religious events that are being observed with aplomb and celestial grandeur every year in the Hill Town of Tirumala.

This nine-day fete is witnessed by tens of thousands of devotees thronging from across various parts of the country and even overseas to catch-up a glimpse of the Universal Supremo Sri Venkateswara Swamy on 16 different Vahanams during this annual festival.

In order to provide a smooth darshan of both the presiding deity as well the vahana sevas of Lord, the mandarins of TTD make elaborate arrangements which commence two months prior. Year after year, along with the increase in pilgrim rush, the improvisation in the arrangements by TTD aims at providing hassle-free darshan environment to every common devotee taking part in this mega religious fest.

To provide smooth conduct of Brahmotsavams, the Vigilance Wing of TTD along in co-ordination with the police department is also making a wide range of arrangements, leaving no stone unturned during this year, keeping in view the past experiences.

Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam in Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru Temple at Tiruchanoor on September 10, 2019

The traditional temple cleansing fete, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be performed in Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru temple at Tiruchanoor on September 10.

As the annuall Pavitrotsavams will be observed from September 12-14, the entire temple will be cleansed with “Parimalam” on Tuesday.

After KAT between 6am and 8.30am, the devotees will be allowed for darshan of the presiding deity of Goddess Padmavathi.

TTD Privilege Darshan for Senior Citizens in September 2019

The privilege darshans by TTD for aged, specially-abled and parents with children below 5years will be in the second and third Tuesdays and Wednesdays respectively.

The darshan for senior citizens and physically challenged will be on September 10 and 17. On these two days, 4000 tokens will be issued in three slots.

While on September 11 and 18, darshan will be given to parents with children below 5years of age through Supatham entry from 9am till 1.30pm on these two days
